Hilleveld
Brett beer - Amber - 6.5%
Hilleveld is an amber-colored wild Pale Ale that undergoes a short initial primary fermentation with Saccharomyces yeast, followed by a 4-month refermentation with Brettanomyces yeast. As a result, the beer acquires a complex sour, fresh, and fruity flavor profile typical of Brettanomyces yeast.

Westkwartier Oud Bruin
Oud Bruin - Barrel aged - 6%
Westkwartier Oud Bruin is a blended beer of mixed fermentation in which 1/3 Hilleveld beer is added to 2/3 brown beer that has matured for over 12 months in red oak wine barrels sourced from local Westhoek winemakers.
This gives the beer a balanced flavor of fruity notes of dates and plums, a gentle acidity, and hints of the wooden barrel, with a red wine aftertaste.

Bloesem van de Westhoek
Tart fruit beer - Barrel aged - 7% - 9ml/bottle Elderflower
Bloesem van de Westhoek is a refreshing blond aperitif beer that has matured for 6 months in white wine oak barrels. Just before bottling, an infusion of hand-picked elderflower is added.
This gives the beer a fresh, fruity elderflower flavor with a light woody taste. Ideal as a summer aperitif.

Westkwartier Redcurrant
Tart fruit beer - Barrel aged - 7% - 160g/L Fresh redcurrants
Westkwartier Redcurrant is a tart, copper-colored fruit beer that, after aging for 12 months in white oak wine barrels, is macerated for 2 months with freshly picked redcurrants.
Due to the addition of 160g/L of fresh redcurrants, the beer has a very fruity aroma with a balanced taste of redcurrants and a light woody flavor.
